CORSO di EUROPROGETTAZIONE

La Prof.ssa Fogli (Scienze ) in qualità di Referente Erasmus ha optato per un corso che desse modo di approfondire le tematiche collegate alla progettazione Erasmus in campo scolastico. Molto utile è stato il confronto, in merito alle problematiche legate alla gestione dei progetti Erasmus, con alcune scuole del Nord Italia, Spagnole, Croate e della Basilicata.

Day 1: The Educational context

Day 2: EU funding and Project design

5-Agenda 2030, Education&Training 2020 and European Education Area strategies

6-Overlook of the main funding opportunities and Programmes for Education and Training: direct and indirect funds

7-Basic principles on funding from the European Union as essential info for your project planning

8-From problems to strategies: SWOT analysis, GOPP methodology, The Problem Tree

9-From problems to strategies: the Logical Framework Approach

10-Life Cycle of European Projects, from the birth to the death of a project

11-Laboratory of PCM: step-by-step process and guidance in writing your proposal

12-Laboratory of PCM: presentation and analysis of proposals

Day 3: Project design&management. Organisational and financial issues

13-Project Cycle Management (PCM): techniques, tools, methodology

14-Familiarise with the content of an application form for requesting funding from EC

15-Effective tools, techniques and tips for writing good proposals

16-Understanding project management principles, jargon terms

17-How a proposal is evaluated? Rules and criteria

18-Accounting and financial Management of European Projects funded by the EC

19-Best practice case-studies in project planning of European projects

20-Laboratory of PCM: step-by-step process and guidance in writing your proposal

Day 4: Project desing&management. Evaluation and dissemination

21-Roles, tasks and responsibilities in managing your project

22-Evaluation for improving the performance: principles, techniques, tools

23-Project outcomes: management and quality standards

24-Dissemination principles in your project: techniques tools

25-Laboratory of PCM: step-by-step process and guidance in writing your proposal

Day 5: A new beginning

26-Visit to a local school involved in these topics and brainstorming with its relevant staff (upon availability)

27-Cultural walking tour of the city centre, together with a professional tour leader

28-Planning the follow up: future projects together

29-Course Evaluation

30-Releasing of official course certifications
